Week 10 Preview
The playoff picture is getting clearer and clearer each week. Can Logan, Chris, and Rusty make a late season run?
Playoff Watch after Week 9:
The winner's bracket stays the same other than a reshuffling of the seeds.
Byes: Brady and Aron
3 Seed - Dom vs 6 Seed - Bruce
4 Seed - Kevin vs 5 Seed - Clint
More importantly, the Loser's Bracket would look like this:
Byes: Chris and Logan
10 Seed - Rusty vs 7 Seed - Austin
9 Seed - Cord vs 8 Seed - Bryan
Last week Clint snuck in to the 6 seed over Bryan by 5.06 points. This week Bruce drops to the 6th seed and has the advantage over Austin by 34 points.
Worst Coach of the Week
Nominees:
Bruce for rostering 3 QBs instead of picking up a TE.
Logan for leaving 101 points on his bench then losing by 3 points.
Bryan for drafting too many QBs instead of an RB and losing by less than 2 points.
I'm going to go with Bruce here. He dropped to the last seed in the playoffs and rostered 2 QBs on bye that he easily could have dropped and picked up with the FAAB money he had remaining. Picking up Conklin on Monday would have given him the easy close victory and a 1 game lead for the 4th seed.
Biggest Busts
QB - Tua Tagovailoa - It was really Justin Herbert or Will Levis, but me and Aron still won our games. If Tua had his normal 30 point game then Rusty would have won.
RB - Isaiah Pacheco - He was averaging like 15 points when he ran the ball more than 10 times and then he puts up 6 points this week. More bad luck for Logan as he lost by less than 4 points.
WR - Adam Thielen - There were like 10 options this week but Thielen cost Bruce the game. He had been on a tear of double digit games since Week 2. Bruce loses by less than 3 points in a game where Thielen scores 5.4.
TE - Travis Kelce - Last time I picked him I said I was only picking him because it may be our only opportunity to do it. I was wrong. Bryan lost by less than 2 points in a game where Kelce could only score 2.9 points. Just bad luck.
Kicker/ Defense - Harrison Butker - Kickers and Defenses really didn't make a difference in the games this week other than some defenses putting up 20+ points. Butker only got 3 points in what most people expected to be a high scoring game. Once again Bryan lost by less than 2 points so some of the blame can be thrown at Butker.

Week 10 Games of the Week:
Austin (5-4) vs Bryan (4-5)
What about the Bayou Rumble? I haven't heard any trash talk about that game all season. This is the new biggest rivalry in Thumper. Austin is on a hot streak ever since trading for all the Bears players, even though he hasn't played most of them since they've been hurt or irrelevant since then.
I feel like this one will be a barn burner, most likely coming down to the Monday night game with Bryan needing a huge game from Josh Allen. Bryan is in dire need of a win this week as he is now the 8 seed, while Austin jumped up to the 7th seed this past week.
My prediction is Allen doesn't have a huge game on Monday night and Austin gets the victory!
Commissioner's Pick (9-0): Austin
